Ensuring all guests' health and safety is of course a top TCT priority. No hotels are selected for client use unless they have met TCT's stringent health and safety requirements. Our database content suppliers provide information on hotels health and safety features which is downloaded into our systems via xml feed. TCT also gathers information on hotels health and safety arrangements independently of third party content suppliers via the following methods:

Particular attention has been paid to the security and care of some categories of guest:

Ladies travelling alone can now be accommodated in hotels which have female friendly policies - e.g. with floors or wings which are female only. TCT has researched the needs of female guests travelling alone and will offer accommodation which meets these best.

Disabled travellers can also be properly catered for according to the nature of their disability. TCT has researched hotels not only in respect of facilities for the physically disabled but also for those with other disabilities such as impaired vision of hearing difficulties.


TCT is one of the few agencies to have appointed a Guest Relations Officer.

Part of his/her job is to ensure that guests with special needs are looked after. This includes looking after not only the disabled but also other guests who require special care e.g. those with special dietary needs or allergies, VIPs, young people, guests for whom cultural or religious sensitivities need special consideration.

TCT consultants can be contacted 24/7 which means that if an urgent situation arises an experienced member of our team is always on hand to help.

TCT's SBT incorporates a facility which enables any client organisation to be provided with full details of where all it's travelling employees are staying within seconds.
