TCT eBuyer is a new online
hotel booking tool, which has been designed to ensure
integration with customer e-procurement platforms such
as Ariba and SAP so that hotel accommodation can be sourced
along with other products. Thereby helping companies
leverage their investment in a web-based procurement
solution.

Employees can book
hotel accommodation from their desk via a web-based catalogue
that is linked electronically to TCT. The system allows
users to interact directly to browse hotel options and
to make a booking. It incorporates travel enforcement
tools which help to solve the difficulties of controlling
spend through the use of non-preferred suppliers, by driving
Users to preferred hotels.
The solution, which provides access to over 86,000 hotels
worldwide, uses cXML and XML industry standards, which
allows easy integration with other products. In addition
the easy-to-use interface simplifies the hotel booking
process for end Users. It supports in-line registration
on introduction of the service and all payment options
include travellers credit card, TCT guarantee (traveller
to pay on departure), and billback. In addition to this
the product incorporates total travel policy enforcement
and monitors compliance by travellers and suppliers
(hotels).
