How TCT's Service is Delivered
TCT's high-speed reservation system provides the means for clients to access over 86,000 hotels world-wide. The system shows any discounted promotional hotel rates which means that we can book the cheapest rates on the market as they appear.
TCT's conference booking consultants use 'Gratis' - a system recently developed specifically for the meetings and events industry. This enables our staff to streamline the conference booking process and produce high quality venue proposals so that we can respond to your conference enquiries promptly and efficiently.
Some of the company's software development is carried out by Webstorm - a close trading partner of Polyglobe based in Bangalore. Polyglobe's long standing relationship (over 10 years) with Webstorm has helped us to provide advanced customised booking technology to our clients in a highly cost effective manner.
Our call centre, conference booking department and customer support services are located at the company's headquarters in London's Victoria. Across five floors of office space TCT's various departments concentrate on delivering best in class hotel and conference booking solutions.
